Metallurgist Director - RCC Associates

RCC Associates is conducting an exclusive search for Unicast, a well-established and growing iron works foundry in eastern PA. Our client needs an experienced Metallurgist to lead its growth into the ductile iron sector. Located in Boyertown, PA.

 
Candidates for this position should have:
+At least 5 years of foundry experience with specific experience working with ductile iron
+Experience working with castings (preferred)
+A BS in Materials Science or related degree.
+The ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities
+The ability to both provide hands-on technical expertise and lead a production project.
