Cesar Braga

Graduated in 1981 as Metallurgical Engineer at the "Escola de Engenharia da Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, Brazil". Cesar has eleven years of experience in forging, hot rolling and cold drawing of special steels and Nickel-Copper alloys, as Research and Development Engineer, Lab Manager and Vacuum Induction Melting (VIM), Vacuum Arc Remelting (VAR) and Electroslag Remelting (ESR) Manager, at Eletrometal Acos Especiais, Sao Paulo, Brazil with an additional  three years of experience as Quality Manager at Nordberg mining equipment manufacturer in Belo Horizonte, Brazil. He also worked three years as  Finishing Dept. Manager at Teksid Aluminum Foundry, Belo Horizonte, Brazil.  Cesar has worked the last eleven years at Aarrowcast in Shawano, Wisconsin, as Quality Manager and Technical Director.
